KDP, Createspace, BN, Smashwords, Lula
I’ll focus on KDP first, which leads into Createspace as they coexist on Amazon. Barnes and Noble has their Nook you can get on, Smashwords and Lula and idies that I’m familiar with, I’m sure there are so many more. Amazon has a nice little structure for getting paid, but they have a tendency to lock people out and not explain, so the author has no recourse but to find another course. Always good to know where else you can get published if you don’t want to go through Amazon for whatever reason.
KDP Kindle Distribution Program I believe it is, this is Amazon Kindle’s eBook platform, but from here it is pretty easy to do a touch reformatting and get in with Createspace, which is Amazon’s paperback platform.
