You can mark your app for early access which lets everyone know that it’s in development but it doesn’t keep people out like it used to. You can list it private or unlisted and then you can’t find it by search you can Only Find it by direct URL that is one way.
You go on the home page b**** and click the menu go to Dev portal and then you can create a new app. Your package name has to match your sidequest death name. As it happens my sidequest name is different than my unity name so I had to use the edit, Project settings, Player, Override package name, It is case sensitive.
So to create a new sidequest listing
app name, summary, description up to 120 words.
they have templates for image sizes, but also recommend 1280 px wide, 16 by 9
